第一次到
Petrus , 這是darling 給我的小小驚喜﹐ 因為之前明明說是到
Island Shangri-la 吃buffet ga mar~~ ﹐怎知是fine dining~! 我們坐的是窗口位﹐位於56/F的 Petrus是可以看到維港景觀的﹐但我看到的是金鐘一帶的skyscraper 和大大只Conrad, Petrus 的佈置和一切都很grand, 很classic, 很英國古典﹐連女服務員的打扮也像一個古典淑女﹐ 她們的制服是黑裙子和白珍珠項鍊的~! 但這裡是法國餐廳。
我們點的是8 courses 的set menu, 果然味道和食材都是一流的。 而服務也很pro 很有水準。
第一道菜前﹐服務員捧著不同種類的麵包給我們任選﹐ 還很詳細介紹每款包。
我們剛到時﹐ 因為只有一檯客﹐ 很靜, 燈光很暗﹐ 我還嫌悶和太serious , 但嘗了第一道菜﹐ 我便知道沒有來錯。 氣氛也開始輕鬆起來﹐ 因為遇來遇多人來﹐ 還有開始鋼琴彈奏﹐ 雖然不是我喜歡的樂曲﹐ 但好過無。
Sea spider crab meat , cucumber jelly and tomato concasse, fresh herbs很fresh 和鮮甜﹐ 唯獨海膽﹐ 我吃完感到很fishy, ok my problem, since darling said it tasted so nice~! Usually I dun eat it.
Fava Bean Cream, duck liver custard & young vegetableThis is so impressive, I never tried duck liver cooked in this way, and it tastes so well, vegetable is so fresh. I like it much

The best potatoes I had ever eaten so far, and it’s so hot. Seabass is so soft and in a very fine texture, as I prefer more salty and now I had a chance to try their
6 tastes salts on the table. I had tried two of them finally. And I was so handicapped that I cannot twist the pepper, the handsome waiter is so helpful and sensitive to notice that, he came to help me to twist that pepper out.
Darling’s
lamb sweetbread Florentine, braised mushroom, I dun eat anything about lamb so I requested to change another dish. So I had this
soft boiled egg with truffle. It tastes so rich with all the mixtures. I was almost full after 5 courses.
Then, it’s the second main course
Roast Dombes duckling, cherry fresh almond marmalade. I like the small slice of duck chest so much. The cherry marmalade tastes sour, and it goes well with the duckling.
Now, it’s almost the end, we had the
selection of cheese from Bernard Antony, the waiter pull the trolley of different kinds of cheese for us to choose. And I was just craving for champagne now, I need to drink something in order to 中和我的味覺。 Then another waiter came with a trolley of different champagne for us to choose. He speaks with a French accent English ~! Finally I had picked the
Moet & Chandon Rose because it’s pink~! :P I enjoyed this session so much~~ , the waiter came again to ask if I want some cracker or not…
Finally, it’s dessert time~! We had the
Roast babe pineapple flamble with aged rum, coconut ice allumette. After finish the dessert, I was so full.
And the tea time session, I asked if I can have some hot Chinese tea, ok no problem. So I had my jasmine ~ and then… they come with petit fours~!! I like them so much, but I had no room for it anymore la…so I just had a bit of them and darling had to finish the rest.
然後﹐ 我們很滿足的離開﹐ 由七點吃到差不多十一點~! I would say this is a very nice experience to have dining at Petrus. The service is superb, the food quality and everything are excellent. I wish to come the second time but definitely not 8 courses again~!

Mom & dad, brother, darling and I had our buffet dinner at Nuoc Mam, which is a French Vietnamese cuisine near my home. I had taken many pictures but all gone because of my stupid phone la~
